Tell us about your background:

I am a global marketing executive with expertise in leading campaigns across luxury, fashion, entertainment and beauty sectors. Throughout my career, I have built innovative partnerships such as Sephora x Afterpay, and led integrated strategies for iconic brands including American Express and ELLE Magazine.
From hosting influencers in Botox-branded lounges at NYFW, to ringing in the New Year in Times Square with Covergirl and Cosmopolitan, and running through the hallways of the Plaza capturing video content, bringing these ideas to life was the most rewarding part of the job. I love connecting the dots of an idea, bringing the right talent together to deliver results.

I grew up in Paris, which is undoubtedly where my love and passion for beauty & luxury began. After graduating with a degree in Marketing, I landed in NY, which gave me a real sense of hustle, and taught me true grit. I am now in LA consulting in the retail ecommerce world, and looking for my next opportunity to lead marketing strategy at a lifestyle brand, applying my customer-centric creative, and innovative marketing strategy experience, to drive revenue and brand recognition.

What do you wish you’d known when you started out?

That I am the only one responsible for my career trajectory. You need to take charge and make sure you’re working toward what you want. Never be afraid to speak up and ask for what you deserve. It's also ok to seek out new opportunities; you may have a great account or a great group of colleagues, but there’s a difference between loyalty to people, vs loyalty to a company.

Best career advice you've ever received?

Don't bring me a problem, bring me a solution. By never giving up, there may not always be a perfect way, but you will eventually find a path forward.

What leadership qualities are important to you?

A strong communicator, and the ability to delegate effectively.

What has been the biggest challenge in your career so far?

Frequent leadership changes during corporate acquisitions make it challenging to build relationships, as employees often feel more vulnerable. Navigating these transitions has made me a stronger, more effective leader. I’ve developed the ability to adapt quickly by cultivating an inclusive, collaborative environment, leading with empathy, and fostering open cross-level communication.

And for fun, what is your favorite wardrobe staple?

An oversized white button down shirt– right now Sezane has a very good one!
