Tell us about your background:

I have been in the retail industry well over a decade. My background is focused supply chain. I’ve worked as focused as raw material purchasing to overseeing the full retail supply chain in my current role at SoulCycle.

What do you wish you’d known when you started out?

That you don’t have to do it alone, I’ve always been a problem solver but not all problems are meant to be solved without the support of your team.

Best career advice you've ever received?

Take the risk, I have had such wonderful opportunities in my career - change can come with hesitation but if you embrace them the reward is well worth it.

What leadership qualities are important to you?

Transparency is a big one, if the message is clear from the top down, it’s so much easier to achieve the overall goal.

Compassion is also very important to me. I strive in being there for my team, to be their ears and support no concern is too small.

What has been the biggest challenge in your career so far?

Pivoting to lead an entire retail division, though my focus is on supply chain, I have been co-leading SoulCycle’s retail team since 2022. It’s given me so many opportunities to learn. I have had the opportunity to collaborate with marketing on front facing ends of the business that my sort of role traditionally wouldn’t have a hand in.

And for fun, what is your favorite wardrobe staple?

My vachetta YSL saddle bag – my raw material nerd comes out watching that leather age beautifully with every wear!
