Tell us about your background:

Originally from New Jersey, I began my career in NYC after graduating with a business degree from Boston University. I have worked for brands like Eugenia Kim and Gitman Bros., and was with Canada Goose during their major growth period. Now I am the Director of Sales in the Americas for fashion technology company ORDRE.

What do you wish you’d known when you started out?

That no one really knows completely what they're doing and that everyone is figuring it out along the way.

Best career advice you've ever received?

Do not compromise your values for the sake of fitting in.

What leadership qualities are important to you?

Honesty and transparency

What has been the biggest challenge in your career so far?

Working with some "interesting" fashion personalities.
