Tell us about your background:

I help startups and established organizations grow and scale by driving global business development and process improvement initiatives. My strengths are in operations, organizational design, launching locations and products, strategy & execution, and project management. Basically, whatever it takes to GSD!

What do you wish you’d known when you started out?

That it's ok to have fun while you're at work. Make every day the best it can be. The projects you avoid are the ones that change you in the best way possible. Make TONS of mistakes and be sure to learn from every single one of them!

Best career advice you've ever received?

Focus on yourself and don't worry about what anyone else has or is doing. Your career belongs to YOU, period!

What leadership qualities are important to you?

Collaboration, trust, honesty, and humility.

What has been the biggest challenge in your career so far?

The company I loved and helped start from the beginning went bankrupt and I was laid off. I was completely blindsided.

And for fun, what is your favorite wardrobe staple?

Converse. All ways, always!
