Tell us about your background:

I'm a multi-platform producer and content strategist with over a decade of experience creating premium content in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle space. I thrive when collaborating with creative teams, and I've been lucky enough to consistently land in roles that combine my two passions: media and fashion. In my 15+ year career, I have produced everything from television shows to digital series, launched new content verticals, managed brand partnerships, and even sold a line of accessories live on QVC.

What do you wish you’d known when you started out?

That nothing lasts forever - even your most successful projects will someday come to an end. Once you accept that and embrace the cycle of creation, it's freeing.

Best career advice you've ever received?

You can't turn something down that hasn't been offered to you. Fearful if you ask for a raise or promotion you won't get it? Well, if you never ask, it may never happen. Ask for and go after what you want.

What leadership qualities are important to you?

Honesty, transparency, a clear vision, and most importantly, strong communication skills. A sense of humor is a bonus!

What has been the biggest challenge in your career so far?

Growing an entire content vertical from the ground up at ET! I went from a small start-up to ViacomCBS with this huge task ahead of me, and I had to invent the roadmap.

And for fun, what is your favorite wardrobe staple?

I'm a sucker for menswear-inspired pieces and stripes, so I have about a dozen striped button-down shirts!
