Tell us about your background:
HI! My name is Kristie Jorfald and I have 17 years experience as a fashion stylist, a Masters of Arts in Teaching and am fluent in Spanish, French and English. I am also a citizen of the US, Switzerland, and Norway.
My past accomplishments include celebrity styling for: Taylor Swift, Kendall + Kylie Jenner, Anna Kendrick, Beyonce and more. I was the assistant wardrobe stylist on the two time emmy nominated makeover show: How Do I Look on the Style Network and had the opportunity to work alongside of CBS 5 News Director to recreate their network's dress code policy, give a presentation and then work one-on-one with their news anchors. I am also the founder of Kristie Jorfald Style (www.kristiejorfald.com) As a luxury branding personal stylist I style brilliant entrepreneurs, Best-selling authors, Motivational speakers, and VIP coaches to increase their visibility, influence, and profitability around their life's mission. I also empower my clients on how to shop for their body shape, discover their personal style, visually communicate their personal brand to attract their target audience, and build self-confidence through wardrobe styling.
Most recently I launched my newest endeavor: Ready, Set, Style + Launch (www.readysetstylelaunch) — a premier style coaching company empowering ambitious aspiring and emerging stylists around the globe to create, elevate and establish their own purpose driven empire. (I built both websites from scratch and spoke at FIDM last week!)
What do you wish you’d known when you started out?
It's impossible to fail, and that trial and error is necessary every single day in order to achieve success.

What has been the biggest challenge in your career so far?
Getting the word out on our newest business launch: Ready, Set, Style, & Launch! A premier virtual styling launch consultancy empowering ambitious aspiring and emerging stylists around the globe to create, elevate and establish their own purpose driven empire.
