Tell us about your background:

I have over 25 years of experience in the apparel and accessories industry where I have led sales and merchandising teams for large global brands. I have a strong understanding of the consumer around the globe as well as a passion for product.

I currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer for Bolt Threads where I am tasked with leading the sales and marketing teams for the bio materials company focused on mycelium based leather, Mylo.

Prior to joining Bolt, I established a global merchandising function for connected fitness company, iFIT, owner of NordicTrack and ProForm among many other fitness brands. I worked on establishing best practices for a world class merchandising team as well as developed 4 seasons of an active wear line for the iFIT brand.

Previously I was the VP of Merchandising for Levi Strauss Americas where I led wholesale and retail merchandising teams across all categories and genders. My team was responsible for executing the Levi's lifestyle through the retail buying function and across wholesale assortments. We established pricing, positioning, and category focuses across the markets.

Prior to that, I held various leadership positions in sales and merchandising at Ralph Lauren in both the men’s and women’s wholesale divisions where I launched several brands under the RL umbrella including Polo Sport, RLX, Denim & Supply, and Polo Women's. In addition, I led the department store sales team for the men's Polo division.

I also have the pleasure of serving on the Board of Governors for the Fashion Scholarship Fund which is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing great talent for our industry by awarding over $1m a year in scholarships and providing a platform for internships and career opportunities.
