Tell us about your background:

My background is a hybrid of Media Agency work and client-side experience. After getting my Master's in Advertising, I sought out opportunities a brands, that would allow me to touch multiple aspects of the marketing ecosystem. I've mainly worked in global organizations (I even lived and worked in Amsterdam for a year) with exposure to both geography and global marketing functions.

What do you wish you’d known when you started out?

I wish I knew how to create boundaries and that the shift from agency to brand wasn't as hard as I thought.

Best career advice you've ever received?

Be a GSD-type person. Get shit/stuff done. Know when to say no, but being a team player and having the ability to push projects forward are the type of people who will continue to grow, learn, and lead.

Thoughtful, construct feedback

What has been the biggest challenge in your career so far? 

Self-advocacy
Creating boundaries
