Tell us about your background:

I am the founder and designer of a women's accessories brand called MLE. I wear many hats, including sample making, managing production, designing & building store fixtures, managing my ecom & digital marketing. I previously worked in ecommerce and digital marketing in NYC at various agencies and fashion brands.

What do you wish you’d known when you started out?

I started my business while I was living in NYC, I now live in upstate NY. I wish I had known I would be relocating to upstate, it is very different than the city.

Best career advice you've ever received?

Winners never quit, and quitters never win.

What leadership qualities are important to you?

Vision, Patience, Kindness

What has been the biggest challenge in your career so far?

Scaling my business, brand awareness
