Tell us about your background:

I am a single Mom and live on the Upper West Side. I am a Buyer that has worked in all price points in ladies apparel for the last 25 years. I was a buyer for Saks Fifth Avenue, Macys, Ross, Bonton.com and Variety Wholesalers. My strengths are in classification, key item buying, vendor relationships and negotiation skills.

What do you wish you’d known when you started out?

How to deal with difficult bosses.

Best career advice you've ever received?

Everything is always changing and evolving.

What leadership qualities are important to you?

Team building, inspirational and Motivational.

What has been the biggest challenge in your career so far?

Currently, being unemployed.

And for fun, what is your favorite wardrobe staple?

Jeans and a great blouse.
