Lauren B. Fay is a recognized global leader in the sustainable fashion industry with expertise in developing programs for circularity, ESG and impact, and operational roadmaps. 10 + years of experience in business development. Known for taking the initiative and building relationships quickly while consistently delivering top-quality results.
Mission-driven and passionate about ESG initiatives and the circular economy. Excels at partnerships, communications and creative problem-solving. Currently working with the team at Helpsy and designing reverse logistics and circular initiatives for national retail companies and brands.

Amy Rauen is a Fractional Chief Product Officer (CPO) and brings with her over 20 years of leading teams for world-class companies such as Donna Karan, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Hudson’s Bay Company.

Amy’s extensive knowledge in design, product creation, material innovation, and building global supply chains from end to end of the product cycle allows her to drive creativity and develop strategies for sustainable circular solutions in the fashion industry.

Elizabeth Segran is a senior staff writer at Fast Company magazine where she covers the fashion and design industries. She's the author of The Rocket Years: How Your Twenties Launch the Rest of Your Life. She lives in Boston with her husband and two daughters.
