Arden Frank is a dynamic leader in social media strategy and sustainability, currently serving as the Social Media+Influencer Associate at EILEEN FISHER. With a proven track record in transforming brand presence, influencer relations and online community, Arden previously spearheaded social media initiatives at La Mer and Abbey Glass, driving significant growth and revenue recovery through innovative digital strategies. As the Founder and Creative Director of Let’s Be Frank, Arden championed sustainability by creating hand-dyed, up-cycled masks, selling over 3.5K units in 8 months and earned features in top publications. Arden's expertise in blending sustainability with social commerce makes her a valuable voice on integrating ethical practices into modern marketing strategies.

Grace Macedo is a skilled social media professional with expertise in content creation, strategy, and brand influence. Currently the Associate Social Media Manager at K18 Hair, she specializes in concept generation and content strategy. Grace also works as a freelance Content Creator and Brand Influencer, creating engaging content across platforms. Her previous experience includes roles as Social Media Content Coordinator at Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare and Social Media Content Creator & Coordinator at DERMELECT, as well as a Lifestyle Program Content Creator for TikTok. With a deep understanding of digital marketing and a broad skill set, Grace excels at crafting compelling narratives that resonate with audiences and drive brand success.

Larissa Nash is a Social Media Manager with nearly 7 years of experience in the beauty industry, working with leading beauty tools, skincare, and haircare brands. Her career began in general marketing before transitioning into creative roles and eventually specializing in social media. Currently, Larissa is the Social Media Manager for Eva NYC, a clean haircare brand based in Brooklyn, where she has been leading organic social and content strategies for the past four years.

Jess Riffle is a social commerce, digital marketing, and Gen AI expert with experience across agency, publisher, platform, and brand-side beauty. Currently she leads social commerce, live-streaming, and advocacy programs for DTC beauty brands. Previously at TikTok and Condé Nast, Jess specialized in platform adoption, performance media, and audience growth, blending media, advocacy, and AI to drive digital innovation.

Alexi Stathakis is an accomplished social media, PR & influencer marketing strategist with a proven track record of elevating brand engagement and visibility through innovative storytelling and strategic collaborations. With extensive experience in luxury beauty, she has worked with top-tier brands, including Ralph Lauren and Dior Beauty leading impactful influencer marketing initiatives. Currently, as Head of Influencer & PR for clean skincare brand Alpyn, Alexi continues to drive brand differentiation through purpose-driven influencer partnerships, sustainability-focused campaigns, and measurable growth strategies. Under her leadership, the brand has achieved remarkable year-over-year increases, including a +443% rise in earned media value and a +128% boost in audience reach.
