Tell us about your background:

Solution-oriented Supply Chain Lead with over 16 years of experience managing the end-to end-process across multiple product categories within the fashion industry. Worked at large companies like PVH, American Eagle and GIII Apparel allowing me to build a strong global sourcing network and be a leader in my field regardless of the product in question. Ability to design and implement standard operating procedures, assemble process flow across all departments, and create and manage a calendar that delivers results. While very strategic, I also have a creative way of thinking that supports design and merchandising in delivering their vision to the consumer. A firm believer in the power of cross functional partnership while facilitating open communication, empowerment, and goal setting as an influential leader. The strength of the sourcing team is a direct result of the relationships built with their supply partners each and every day.
