Tell us about your background:

I am a classically trained designer with a focus on womenswear. I currently work for Vera Wang as the Executive Vice President of Design. I’m here to expand my network, and make new like-minded friends / connections.

What do you wish you’d known when you started out?

To intern for a company in the sector of fashion that I wanted to pursue before entering the workforce.

Best career advice you've ever received?

“Stick to your knitting” – Vera Wang

What leadership qualities are important to you?

Intelligence, compassion, common sense, patience, and clarity.

What has been the biggest challenge in your career so far? 

That every day comes with its own unique set of challenges.

And for fun, what is your favorite wardrobe staple?

A great black blazer.
