Tell us about your background:
I am an executive-level program manager with 11+ years of experience in retail operations, marketing, product development, product launches, and experiential event execution. I have managed projects for a variety of fashion, jewelry, and tech brands and thrive at working cross-functionally to deliver successful projects. I enjoy finding quick strategies to resolve problems and am at my best when finding ways to bring ideas to life.
Having supported a variety of projects, I mix technical project management philosophies with a creative, brand-driven, customer and team-centric approach. I find joy in caring for the people that count on me and leading the execution of exciting projects.
What do you wish you’d known when you started out?
You are not your job or your title or the company you work for. You are the value you bring to your role, the people you help, the impact you make and the problems you solve and no one can ever take that from you.
Best career advice you've ever received?
You have already proven yourself.
What leadership qualities are important to you?
I appreciate having a leader who is open to taking me along with them on the journey. Someone who lays out what the roadmap looks like (or even what is unknown), what they need from me to support the mission, where they are focusing, and even - what they are lost about.
What has been the biggest challenge in your career so far?
Pivoting from an Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff to a Program Manager. Learning how to layout and manage a project for a team vs. doing the work on my own has been such a rewarding "project".
And for fun, what is your favorite wardrobe staple?
Working at Nordstrom, I learned the importance of a "third piece". My go-to is a vest. Dress it up or dress it down, wear a cropped or long vest with a white tee for summer or a sweater for winter. SO many options!
