Tell us about your background: 

Designer and Founder of fine jewelry and lifestyle brand. Practiced law for 10 years and created on the side. In 2007, when I had my daughter, decided it was time to create full time.

Jewelry sold in Colette, Dover Street Market, Matchesfashion, Barney’s Japan, Rowing Blazers. Published in Vogue, WSJ, NYT, Bazaar, Elle. Given title “Queen of Signet rings.” Signet rings are my specialty.

What do you wish you’d known when you started out?

The true financial commitment it requires to build a brand.

Best career advice you've ever received?

Never give up.

What leadership qualities are important to you?

Integrity and kindness.

What has been the biggest challenge in your career so far? 

Learning how to market and sell what I create.
