Tell us about your background: 

I have over a decade of experience in Communications, specializing in Social Media Strategy, Influencer and Performance Marketing. I first gained experience in the fashion and luxury industries before honing my area of focus on Digital Media. I have worked both in-house and at agencies. Past and current clients include but are not limited to American Express, Amazon, Minted, The Ritz Carlton (Marriott), Jonathan Adler, Valentino, Tory Burch, as well as Eva Fehren. My goal in building a Marketing Strategy is always goal-oriented and most often measurable. I love data and I am insatiably curious. My most recent digital activations have garnered between a 3-12x Return On Ad Spend for clients.

What do you wish you’d known when you started out?

That you will learn from every single experience.

Best career advice you've ever received?

Keep your head down and do the work to the best of your ability. Those who matter will take notice.

What leadership qualities are important to you?

Come from a place of curiosity. Ask the right questions and listen. The only thing constant is change so welcome that, anticipate it, be adaptable and stay in a growth mindset. Get buy in from the team. Be honest, transparent, and up front.

What has been the biggest challenge in your career so far? 

Knowing where to go next as the market and consumer needs change. The elusive social media algorithms and privacy updates have also been fun challenges of late.
