Learn how to set yourself apart from your competitors & identify strategic opportunities in this workshop led by co-lab member Emily Yeston.
The White Space in the brand and marketing world is all about understanding opportunities and what's yet to be done. In this workshop, Emily will guide you through how to identify your strategic opportunity--as a business, or individually--by looking at what your competitors are not doing, and what about your story makes you different. Attendees will be guided through a series of writing exercises as a basis of creating their White Space landscape.
Emily is an expert in the digital media space, with a focus on business strategy and operations. After 5 years of working closely with Garance Doré, Emily Note became her partner, co-founder and the COO of DORÉ in 2016. Her previous experience includes working with both brands and publications such as Lucky Magazine, WWD and Oscar de la Renta across production, editorial and public relations. Emily has been invited to speak at the RewardStyle Conference, University of Pennsylvania and Columbia University on the intersection of content and commerce. She is currently based in New York.
Please note, to ensure our speakers have a full and engaged session, we accept cancellations up to 24 hours in advance. Multiple missed sessions before the 24 hour cutoff will result in a temporary hold on your account to register for future workshops. If you are unable to attend, please either cancel your Eventbrite or contact Natalie Garagiola, Emily Stone or Alexa Steiner at the co-lab.
