Join us to discuss building a brand, sustainability, fashion's future, and more with the founders of MATE the Label, Knickey, and Thousand Fell.

Please join us for a panel discussion on building a brand, the importance of sustainability, circular economies, the future of fashion and more as Sustainability & Corporate Innovation Consultant Alexa Steiner interviews the founders of MATE the Label, Knickey, and Thousand Fell. You can learn more about these incredible brands below:

MATE the Label

Founded in 2013, MATE the Label takes a holistic approach to sustainability and considers the full life-cycle of clothing with both people and the planet in mind. Using low-impact dyes, GOTS certified Organic Cotton, and best in class biodegradable fibers, MATE the Label is using their products to spread love, not chemicals. You can learn more at https://matethelabel.com

Knickey

Over 8000 different chemicals are used to produce, dye and finish the textiles that make our clothing - that equates to 43 million tons of chemicals each year. Knickey saw a better option than the standard petroleum based fabrics that make up most women’s underwear and instead utilizes an organic cotton fiber that helps to eliminate the use of crude oil and precious fossil fuels in apparel manufacturing. You can learn more more at https://knickey.com

Thousand Fell

Through thoughtful design and sustainable materials, Thousand Fell is committed to creating products with end-of-life in mind — beginning with the perfect white sneakers. Using thoughtful design and sustainable products, Thousand Fell shoes are made to last and built to be recycled. You can learn more at https://www.thousandfell.com

We are asking participants who are able to please donate a suggested amount of $20. For this event, 100% of proceeds raised will go to the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, an organization that works with businesses, governments and academia to build a framework for an economy that is restorative and regenerative by design.
