Caroline Priebe

Caroline Priebe, is a designer, strategist, and founder of The Center for the Advancement of Garment Making. She has spent the last 20 years working with pioneering apparel brands using systems thinking to design sustainable apparel, supply chains and business models. For the last 7 years she has advised apparel and footwear startups, SMEs and multinational corporations as well as manufacturers, on how to design and implement sustainable/circular strategies and take advantage of opportunities for net positive impact. www.thecenterfortheadvancementofgarmentmaking.com

Faith Robinson

Faith is a researcher and strategist with almost a decade’s worth of experience working in the creative industries. Following an Art History BA and now an MA in Degrowth: Ecology, Economics & Policy, Faith started her career in research for London-based trends intelligence business Stylus before moving to Copenhagen. Focusing on sustainability, Faith has worked for over 4 years with non-profit industry platform, Global Fashion Agenda, developing thought-leadership comms, frameworks and editorial strategy. As an expert in the balanced nuance of fashion + sustainability, Faith also works individually on special projects as an advisor, decoding the complex intersection of environmental justice, creativity and comms. Profiles on Faith's work have been featured in Refinery29, Vogue Business, ELLE Magazine.

Kristen Fanarakis

Kristen Fanarakis is the founder and creative director of Senza Tempo Fashion, a classically inspired luxury brand for women made entirely in Los Angeles. Prior to launching the brand, she spent her career on Wall Street in foreign exchange investments and trading, and later working at the Center for Financial Policy in Washington, DC where she still works as a policy consultant.

Laura Sansone

Laura Sansone is a textile designer, activist, and consultant. She is the creator of NY Textile Lab, a design and consulting company that supports environmentally responsible textile methods, and regional systems of production. Laura is currently a Part-Time Assistant Professor of Textiles at Parsons School of Design. She has developed initiatives that bring NY designers and farmers together with the goal of creating a decentralized, regenerative textile supply network. Textile Lab’s NYS Regional Yarn Sourcebook is a collection of locally sourced and produced yarns that are intended to link apparel, product and interior designers to the regional network of farms and fiber processing mills. She is the founder of the Carbon Farm Network, a purchasing cooperative that connects designers to Climate BeneficialTM fibers that are grown on NYS farms practicing Carbon Farming on their lands. In addition, she has designed woven textiles for the following companies: Maharam, New York, NY, American Silk Mills, New York, NY and Burlington House Fabrics, New York, NY. www.newyorktextilelab.com
