As Director of Sustainability at The RealReal, Bert Barnes leads the company's sustainability efforts, including strategy, climate action, reporting, and corporate advocacy. Before joining The RealReal, he was a Climate Advisor at Watershed, where he helped companies in different industries build world-class climate programs. Prior to Watershed, Bert led sustainability programs at Mattel and Beautycounter, focusing on climate action, supply chain, communications, product and packaging.

Caroline Priebe is the founder of Driftless Goods, an outdoor apparel brand for people who like nice things and prefer not to wrap themselves in plastic. She has spent her 20 year career as a design director and consultant building collections and businesses as if people and planet matter.
