Café co-lab: Brand Spotlight with Erin Jensen & Ronit Weinberg, Timo & Violet

The co-lab features one professional every week in our newsletter and social accounts for the member spotlight. Now we are layering in a brand spotlight! So many co-lab members have started their own brands and we want to share them!

Timo & Violet is a luxury brand that offers sustainable, whimsical and heirloom-quality baby products. Sustainability is a mindset.

After a career devoted to large tech and media companies such as Google and YouTube, and fashion houses and well known consumer brands including Theory, LVMH and Calera Wine Company, Erin Jensen is exactly where she’s meant to be: using her combination of analytical, creative and people skills as an entrepreneur. Erin has led sales and customer experience teams, worked in merchandising and marketing, recruited c-level executives, coached founders and CEOs, and advised and consulted for many fast-paced startups and growing brands. She has been a trusted leader within renowned companies and grew her own independent consultancy. It is the combination of these skills that gives her 360 insight to running and growing a business. She's also used to rolling up her sleeves and making things happen, is empathetic by nature, knows how to be scrappy, and has an innate passion for style and creativity. As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Timo & Violet, she’s flexing her strategic and creative nature to bring a sustainable, whimsical and timeless line of children's goods to the world.

Ronit Weinberg is an experienced executive in the fashion industry, with a diverse background in wholesale, retail, and direct-to-consumer operations. She has worked with many well-known brands, including Diane von Furstenberg (DVF), Marc Jacobs, and Tommy Hilfiger.

As the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Timo & Violet, Ronit's focus is on creating a brand that emphasizes unique details, timeless designs, and purposeful pieces. This is a reflection of her commitment to creating high-quality goods that will last and be cherished by their owners.

Ronit's previous roles as Vice President of E-commerce and Online Marketing for DVF, Director of Retail for DVF, and Global Strategic Business Planning Manager for Marc Jacobs Inc. have given her a wealth of experience in strategic planning, management, operations, and marketing for fashion brands. She has also worked in merchandise planning and buying for Saks Fifth Avenue and Burdines (Macy’s).

Overall, Ronit Weinberg's extensive experience in the fashion industry has equipped her with a deep understanding of the business, and her commitment to creating purposeful and timeless designs at Timo & Violet reflects her passion for quality and craftsmanship.
