Tell us about your background:

I'm a exec-level marketing leader and brand builder for fashion, luxury and retail brands.

I started in agencies as an creative, then found my way to strategy, and then finally, I got to combine these left brain/right brain attributes in going brand side. I was most recently SVP Global Brand Strategy at ESPRIT. Overseeing the brand elevation strategy in NA and EMEA and leading a team across social, PR, content and marketing.

Previous to ESPRIT, I created the brand positioning and overall strategy for major brands like Crocs, Wrangler & J.Crew. I created multiple campaigns for Gap, Athleta, Diesel and many many more.

What do you wish you’d known when you started out?

I knew nothing when I started. So there's no regrets!

Best career advice you've ever received?

What leadership qualities are important to you?

Clarity, optimism, creativity, critical thinking and decisiveness.

What has been the biggest challenge in your career so far?

Leaping from agencies to brands.
